A Tokyo back alley fever dream, ghost noodles included

The World Famous Ghost Noodles arrive looking like they are held aloft by an invisible hand, and images play across every surface in the room. The impresario behind the city's earlier tiki wave, Branden Powers calls the idea a back alley in Tokyo with your coolest, weirdest friends.

The Sakura Collins runs on cherry blossom syrup, and a fat-washed Suntory old fashioned anchors the rest. It opened on 15 August 2025 at South Las Vegas Boulevard and East Carson Avenue.

Excellent atmosphere, high quality food, and the staff were so friendly. Our server, Chantelle , was pleasant and chekced on us throughout our meal. The floating ghost noodles and fried deviled eggs were superb. Seriously, try it. The alcoholic drinks were tasty and wonderfully presented. Now alternative rock glazing the background, and unique artwork on the walls. This joint is such a vibe. I highly recommend šŸ‘Œ

Where to even start? Apparently this is supposed to represent the cool food, arts and music scene in Tokyo. Guess what's now on my bucket list . . . TOKYO! It was just a cool, quirky vibe with a menu that is reasonably priced and while unusual still good for American pallette. The ghost noodles are insta worthy and the unique drinks using liquors from elsewhere were tasty. We sat at the bar and that was really what made it special. Asia and the manager bartender were great to talk to. It is only a block or two off Freemont and an easy walk. Did I mention the bathroom . . . Don't miss it!

My wife and I visited Pachi Pachi during a mini vacation to Las Vegas, and it ended up being one of those memorable spots that gives you both great food and a full experience. The atmosphere immediately stood out — fun, stylish, a little unexpected, and definitely full of personality. You can see why Pachi Pachi has become such a popular Vegas spot. It has that perfect mix of restaurant, bar, and ā€œlet’s take a few pictures before we eatā€ energy. For food, the Floating Ghost Noodles are a must-try. They’re famous for a reason — unique, flavorful, and just a fun dish to have on the table. We also really enjoyed the Fried Devil Eggs, which were delicious and packed with flavor, and the Jumbo Prawns were another great choice. The staff was excellent as well — friendly, attentive, and made the whole lunch feel easy and enjoyable. We went during the day for lunch, but honestly, this would be just as perfect for a dinner date or a fun night out. Pachi Pachi is definitely one of those places you visit not just to eat, but to enjoy the vibe, the presentation, and the experience. Highly recommend for a lunch date, date night, or anyone looking for a unique restaurant in Las Vegas.

Five stars! We stopped at Pachi Pachi during a food tour, and this little hole-in-the-wall was a completely unexpected, amazing find. The inside is super cool with a unique Japanese anime vibe. Our bartender/mixologist was incredible, taking his time with us and crafting a truly delicious mocktail since we don't drink. We tried a few food samples, and the deep-fried deviled eggs were out of this world—and I don’t even like deviled eggs! The lightly fried chicken bites with the Goji Thai sweet and spicy sauce were equally delicious. They also have a really fun little game on the wall where you can play to try and win a free drink. Also, make sure you check out the bathrooms here for a fun little surprise! I am definitely going back for a full meal as soon as I can find it again.

Never had an experience quite like this in my life. Food is a 10/10. Atmosphere…. There’s no words for it. Also 10/10 You legit have to come here to see it… no… experience it. And the service: nothing can beat an amazing server with a great personality (Sesen) and a passionate owner that is eager to tell their story. I never thought I’d find a place in Vegas commit to returning to, but here it is. If you haven’t been… go.
