Chapola opened in June 2026 in a ground-floor unit of the Wind Tower on South Miami Avenue, on the seam between downtown and Brickell where the office traffic is heaviest.
It's a specialty coffee bar in the narrow sense: single-origin espresso, filter by the cup, a small pastry case. Open from 7am on weekdays and 8am on Saturday, closed Sunday.

Chapola Cafe is an example of dedicated owners bringing intention, hospitality, and craft to their business. No guest comes unwelcome, no questions go unanswered, and no drink lacks attention to detail. Jorge and Mafe make you feel at home and at ease in an intimate space between the everlasting traffic of Downtown and Brickell. See you soon!

What an amazing café! The quality of the drinks is exceptional, and when you walk in, they treat you very kindly and are very attentive. If you're in the area, you definitely have to give this place a try. I'm very grateful.

This was probably one of the best matchas I’ve ever had!!!! I got a regular matcha latte with two pumps of honey and my husband asked for something fun and creative. It ended up being a PERFECT strawberry matcha latte with pistachio milk!!!!! Highly highly recommend. Everyone here was so nice too:))

Tried this cafe this morning and it was AMAZING. The owner Mafe took her time to explain every drink to us, and we got the hazelnut protein donut, lychee blossom iced latte, Spanish latte (hot), and a strawberry matcha. Everything is so high quality, and perfectly balanced drinks. They have a few tables and a couch inside, along with benches outside. Highly highly recommend!

Everything is perfect! I tried their coffee latte best a I ever had, I ordered mine with almond milk and it was delicious. I also have order their matcha and it’s soo good
