The third Frenchette bakery, on Broome

The Le Veau d'Or team's bakery arm has become as much of a draw as the restaurants themselves, and the third location just landed on Broome Street. The order is simple: a baguette, a jambon beurre, or whichever laminated pastry survived the morning rush.

There is not much more to it, and that is the point. Get there early or watch the good stuff disappear.
