Do it yourself crispy rice on a hot plate

Rice gets pressed onto a hot plate at the table and turns crisp while you build the rest of the bowl with whatever toppings the menu has that day. It's a teppanyaki idea stripped down to one dish done well.

The building went up where a 7-Eleven used to sit, right next to Kori's dessert counter. Mills 50 keeps absorbing new concepts faster than the block can be photographed for the record.
