Omakase for four to six guests in the Milk District

Four to six guests fill the whole room here, an omakase bar built small on purpose rather than scaled up for turnover. Chef Hong works seasonal Japanese fish into a quiet, unhurried set of courses.

It replaced Pom Pom's Teahouse in the Milk District, one more sign of how fast that corner is changing. Reservations run through Resy, and seats go fast given how few there are.

Amazing food, service and such a cozy intimate atmosphere. Chef Hong was so pleasant to talk to and informative about each piece of fish he served in our Nigiri Journey with the Miso soup (made fresh). It was our first Omakase experiance and he made it into one of our favorite nights to date! He uses fish flown straight from japan and you can tell the quality is there. He explained each course as he served it and recommended how to eat it which was so helpful and made us enjoy the fish as intended. Highly recommend Q sushi if you want delicious food.

I've been to almost every omakase and high quality sushi restaurant here in Orlando and this is by far one of the best. Chef Hong kills it! Backed by years of great experience and knowledge it shows at the sushi counter. For the price, you get some of the best fish I've ever had in Orlando and even better than some Michelin star restaurants I've been to. Highly highly recommend, my only reservation is if it gets too popular I'll have a hard time getting reservations again! Hidden Gem!!

Run don’t walk to Q Sushi. The owner and chef Hong is so skilled and all the fish is so fresh. The omakase was absolutely lovely. 10/10
