Latin fusion cooking inside the Society Orlando tower

French technique and Italian instinct both show up on a menu built around Latin flavors, which is a lot of ground for one kitchen to cover under Chef JAG. The room sits on the ground floor of the Society Orlando high rise, part restaurant and part lobby bar.

The same tower is getting a sibling concept named Davanti, aimed at the fine dining crowd instead. That leaves Terra as the easier, all day version of the same kitchen.
