The bakery known for Sunday-only pastry pop-ups and those croissants everyone drives into town for has gone sit-down. Bread and Butter is the full breakfast, brunch and lunch room on Whitemarsh Island, with tables looking out over Turner Creek.

Islanders who'd been trekking in for years no longer have to leave the neighborhood. Come for real plates, not just the bakery case.
