A plain balcony over Đà Lạt's greenhouse valleys

Skip the fancy interiors. Cheo Veooo keeps it plain on purpose, pale wood, plants, no theming, because the balcony does all the talking here. Perched on the eastern edge of Đà Lạt, it looks straight over the greenhouse valleys.

Show up late afternoon when the light drops behind the hills and the tables fill fast. Mornings are quieter. The menu stays short: phin coffee, espresso drinks, a few teas.

Great coffee and wonderful, welcoming staff! The view is beautiful, but it gets very packed around sunset with people setting up tripods and taking photos. It was a bit too chaotic for a relaxing evening, so I actually ended up leaving. If you hate crowds, there are tons of other cafes on the exact same strip with great views that are much quieter!

**Super cute cafe hidden in a small alley.** Just a heads-up though: the floor gets pretty slippery when it rains, and the rocky stairway leading up to it is quite rough and a bit tough to walk on. The drinks are decent, but the real highlight is the space itself it’s surprisingly big and can easily fit any group size. The vibe is super chill and relaxing, with plenty of greenery and a nice mountain view. It’s got that classic Đà Lạt feel all over it.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the sunset or just the view. Nice selection of cool drinks and cakes too. If staying after sunset consider bringing a jacket as it gets cool quickly.

Looking for a good sunset spot in Da Lat? I found this coffee shop on a mountain hill and went around 5:30pm. The view really surprised me the golden sky at sunset was beautiful and very romantic. We ordered some drinks and the staff even gave us hot tea, which felt like a warm welcome.
