Angus beef and a wine list Haiphong can't match
Dedicated wine bars are still rare in Haiphong, which makes Mad Cow's list worth the trip on its own. The Angus beef, slow-cooked lamb and market fish come off a semi-open kitchen inside the Pullman Hai Phong Grand.
It's one of six outlets the hotel opened at once, but this one doesn't feel bolted on. Weekday wine promotions have already pulled in a crowd that isn't staying upstairs.

High quality food, knowledgeable and friendly service. On the expensive side, but worth it. Accor Explorer members get a discount. If you come with a group of four the membership practically pays for itself

Just outstanding in every respect. From the initial choice of a steak knife selection to the service (staff are all super friendly and helpful) to the food ( steaks perfectly cooked) and view. The Mocktails were gloriously refreshing and the dessert was devine. We have enjoyed many steaks around the world but this place is near the top. Well done.

Fantastic steakhouse with friendly staff and quality meat. It has a nice outdoor terrace with stunning Hai Phong views.
