Skip the DJ sets. Lumer Monkey runs on jazz and soul instead, a quieter lane through Haiphong's nightlife on Điện Biên Phủ street in Minh Khai ward.

Its own tagline translates as introverted but still likes going out, and the room backs that up. Seats face each other for talking, not the speakers, cocktails second.
