An omakase cocktail pairing menu isn't something you expect from a Hai Phong rooftop bar, but that's the move at Mây Rooftop. It takes the 16th floor of Madelise Tower on Le Hong Phong street, well above most of the city's skyline.

Weekend live music seals the deal. The Friday-Saturday sets have turned it into a regular weekend stop for the view alone.
