Hai Phong's first true rooftop, 32 floors up

No other bar in Hai Phong has this view. Up & Above sits on the 32nd floor of the Pullman Hai Phong Grand, high above a city where nightlife usually stays street-level in Ngo Quyen and Le Chan. Most nights bring a DJ and a cocktail list built around Asian-style tapas.

People show up before sunset on purpose, to watch the Cam River and the port cranes light up before the music starts. Go early on a weekend if you want a table by the glass.

Amazing rooftop bar with one of the best views in Hai Phong. The nighttime skyline, harbor, and colorful bridge lights are absolutely stunning. The venue is modern, stylish, and perfect for drinks with friends or a romantic evening. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the city from above! It’s on the 31st floor of Pullman hotel.

Very cool spot to have a great view over the city of Hai Phong! We went here for drinks in the evening and they were really good. Prices are absolutely fair for this location and the service was one of the best we had in Vietnam so far.
