No.1986 is a Hai Phong homegrown chain, and this branch landed right on the new Vinhomes Royal Island walking street. More than 100,000 people showed up the day it opened, packing the strip alongside Fantasy Beer and Tex Grill.

Grab a table near the Kpark end and watch the weekend crowds roll in over the bridge from the mainland. Hai Phong never had an island resort scene before this stretch opened.
