Willy Coffee sits on Thế Lữ street in Hồng Bàng, right in the middle of Hai Phong's design-cafe boom. Same formula everyone's chasing, but this one nails it: leafy corners, floor-to-ceiling windows, seats you won't get rushed out of.

It's the kind of place that keeps landing on local lists of the city's most photogenic cafés. Grab a window table and stay for a second coffee.
