Đàn Hương Chay runs out of a villa on Hoàng Mậu street in Gia Vien, built around a simple idea: vegetarian food should taste good and look good too. "Ngon, lành, nghệ thuật" is the house line for it, and the kitchen backs it up.

The villa gives it more space than most chay spots downtown, with garden seating beside the main dining room. The menu shifts with the season instead of sitting fixed.
