Most rooftop bars sell a skyline. This one sells limestone peaks and flooded rice fields instead, six floors up at Lalita Boutique Hotel & Spa in Tam Coc.

The cocktail list is still a work in progress, and that's not why you come. You come for sunset, when the karst towers turn gold and the paddies below go flat and green.
