Ninh Binh's first Kafa pour
Vietnamese-grown beans and a Wazuka matcha blend worth the detour: this is the first Kafa in the entire province, and it landed right in the city center.
It's at 146 Le Thai To, a short walk from the new Pullman hotel. Good base before or after temple-hopping.
