Downtown Harare's dress-code answer to the northern suburbs

Zone Lounge opened inside the NetOne Building at Kopje Plaza on 4 March 2026. It's part of a small wave of new nightlife spots choosing Harare's CBD over the usual Borrowdale and Newlands scene. Doors run from 6pm till late. Table service and a dress code set it apart from the CBD's older pub-and-club crowd.

Borrowdale and Newlands have pulled Harare's after-dark spending north for years, and the CBD fell behind. Zone Lounge's opening, and the marketing push behind it, aims to bring that energy back downtown.
