Beachfront dining right on Dickenson Bay's white sand

Salt Plage is the main restaurant at Siboney Beach Club, set directly on the sand at Dickenson Bay. It shares the beach with Starfish, the resort's daytime bar, but runs its own kitchen and its own reservations line.

Breakfast from 7am is walk-in. Lunch and dinner need a booking, and the daily catch is the reason regulars keep coming back.
