Fish is the throughline at Casa Roots, dressed differently depending on what's in season, with French technique doing the work on West Indian produce. Pick your setting: a garden table or the beachfront terrace, a short walk from Dickenson Bay.

The schedule runs tighter than most of the strip: lunch and dinner Wednesday to Saturday, lunch only on Sunday, with cocktails poured until sunset. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
