Germán Martitegui is rebuilding Tegui piece by piece, and the café landed first. Coffee, pastry and breakfast at a level the rest of Recoleta doesn't really reach.
It's the cheapest way into a Martitegui kitchen by a wide margin. Find it on Rodríguez Peña near Las Heras, where mornings are the busy stretch.
