Fifty-plus whiskies, run by Ana Varela

Ana Varela designed the room and runs the bar, and she built SEDE around whisky: more than fifty labels on the shelf, plus a cocktail list sorted by how bitter, sweet or citric you want the drink to land.

It shares the address at Guevara 421 with Silvino, so dinner and drinks happen in the same building. SEDE stays open later than most bars in Chacarita.
