We had such a fantastic evening at AltaCava Wine Bar The staff was not only very knowledgeable about the wine selection but also friendly and accommodating. The tapas among the best we’ve had with very generous portions. The place was very well appointed, chic and spotless. A MUST when you visit Salta, a short walk from the Main Square. We will be back!

What a great evening. We had the pleasure of being served by Rodrigo and Andrea! The wine experience is simply great: excellent choice of wines at variable quantities based on your desires! The food was exquisite, especially the Ensalada de berenjena y queso and the Montadino de Morcilla! And the playlist and decor were amazing! Thank you Rodrigo & Andrea for a wonderful evening!

Great service, friendly staff, and pet-friendly. The place is quiet, and the waitresses are very kind. Their specialty is the shredded beef sandwiches—a must-try and a unique find in our spa town. The lamb is highly recommended. Only the potatoes weren't that great. The lemonade was good too. They gave us a complimentary homemade juice. We recommend this place.
