Footscray hasn't had many bars doing proper cocktails, and Second Hand Dealer fills that gap without any ceremony about it. The room used to be Trouble in Dreams, and the new owners kept the late-night energy.

Expect it to fill up after 10pm rather than at dinner time. Footscray station is a seven-minute walk, so there's no excuse not to stay for one more.
