Tiny cocktail bar at the King Street end of Enmore Road
The list is short enough to read in under a minute, and that's the point. Drinks come without fuss in a room barely big enough to turn around in, closer to the King Street corner than the old theatre.
Broadsheet called it one of Sydney's ten best new bars. Good spot to start before heading up to Silver's Motel or Deadwax.

Bar Demo is exceptional. From the moment you walk through the doors, the atmosphere, lighting, design & music will captivate you. There are plenty of bars in Newtown, but if you are looking for something unique, with brilliant twists of classic drinks, friendly bartenders and a time to remember, make this the one to visit. Thank me later!

Perfect, from start to finish, can't wait to be here again! The Martini was the most elegantly executed high-brow drink I've ever been offered and the red wine that was promptly recommended transcended any and all expectation. Phenomenal, a must visit.

Incredible Newtown venue with an awesome vibe and fit-out - possibly one of the best places in Sydney. Beryl and Olly do an amazing job and always make you feel at home. You want cocktails? Absolutely covered. You like classics? Also covered. You enjoy interesting and regularly changing crunchy wines? Say no more! Always a must stop for me when I visit Sydney.

Great spot to try some unique cocktails and get a little snack. Really enjoyed the cocktails, there’s one called like OnlyFans and I loved that one, very nice caramelised flavour. Most are about $25 each. Only thing is can’t tell if this is a bar where I’m there to catch up with a friend or meant to listen to the music, because the music is VERY loud. The alcove up the back is where to go if you actually want to hear what your friend or date might be saying.
