A solar-powered container club, built for a beach day

Loungers are first come, first served, and cabanas can be reserved ahead for a guaranteed spot. Food is prepared on the Exuma mainland and ferried over, so the menu stays simple: grilled plates and cold drinks.

Coconut Club went up on the northern stretch of Stocking Island, an area locals call the Monument, built from stacked containers and run off the grid on solar power. It opened in August 2024, the newest reason to catch a water taxi from George Town.
