French cooking with whatever seafood came in that day

Whatever seafood came in that day tends to anchor the menu here, French technique with Bahamian ingredients doing most of the talking. The attached Cocoplum Beach Club runs 3pm to 8pm, the more casual half of the operation, with bonfires and music some nights down on the sand.

Cocoplum Bistro is the restaurant inside Paradise Bay Resort at Rokers Point, fifteen tables a couple of steps from Coco Plum Beach. Dinner needs a reservation since the room is small.
