Late-night coastal cooking that outgrew its own patio

The coastal-inspired menu and cocktail list run later than most places on the island, with the kitchen open every day but Monday from 4pm to 11pm. It built enough of a following in its first year that the owners added a new indoor dining room, since the original patio-only setup filled up fast on weekend nights.

Salt opened in the Emerald Isle Plaza at Emerald Bay in 2024, filling a gap in an area otherwise dominated by resort dining rooms.
