Allison opened on Hogeschoolplein on 1 July 2024, borrowing its look and drinks list from the bars of Marbella. Order a Pornstar Martini or one of the signature creations, or skip the alcohol with a mocktail that still gets the glass right.

Tried a few different cocktails from Allison and they were all delicious! It’s a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it — especially the temporary one with matcha, which was amazing! Food wise we only tried the popcorn shrimps - very good. Loved the atmosphere and the overall vibe. Definitely coming back!

Top cocktail lounge with exceptionally good bar food. The mixologists are all very knowledgeable and the drinks never disappoint. Not cheap, but definitely worth it.
