Prazer, Café

Coffee with a wink and a smirk
The menu names are the joke here. Prazer, Café runs sexuality through everything, from the décor to what you order, but it plays for laughs, not shock value.
The coffee itself is no punchline. It's taken seriously despite the theme, so bring friends who'll get the humor and still want a good espresso.

I came with a friend and we ordered a French press, a V60, bergamot cheesecake, and chocolate cake. He said he liked the cheesecake. I thought the cake was good, but nothing special. The French press came with scalding hot water (I burned my tongue a little, but maybe that's just my stupidity) and the coffee was so-so. The V60 coffee was much better. Both methods used Baden red bourbon, a sweeter and fuller-bodied coffee with low acidity and notes of chocolate, caramel, etc. I think it's worth a second visit, especially to try the desserts. One thing I didn't like is that they included the service charge without warning. I have no problem paying it (as long as the service was good, which thankfully was the case), but I would like it to be explicitly explained when settling the bill.

My sister and I had a delightful afternoon at Prazer Café — and anyone who knows the place knows that word can have more than one meaning there. 😊 The concept is creative, fun, and full of personality, with a touch of boldness always treated elegantly, lightly, and never vulgarly. Everything is presented with great humor, making us laugh, relax, and enjoy the experience. Douglas is a fantastic cook, and Cléia welcomed us with special warmth. She talks about sexuality with such naturalness, sensitivity, and wisdom that she made us feel completely at ease. It was a welcoming, interesting conversation, the kind that makes you feel good. It's a place to discover new flavors, good conversations, and, as they themselves say, some pleasures along the way. We highly recommend it and already want to go back!

This café is simply perfect, I loved everything, the service couldn't be better. You know when you arrive at a place and feel welcomed? You arrive happy right away. The coffee is delicious (Baden) and the dessert I had was perfect, definitely the best cheesecake I've ever eaten, simply delicious. I almost forgot to mention the menu, which is an experience in itself. It's impossible not to read all the names of the dishes; they're fun and very creative, everything is so cute. I laughed so much at the names, I loved it! Anyway, I'll be back many times, and I recommend it to everyone. What a wonderful place! 🥰
