Vírgula is back, now built around focaccia and mousse

A year dark and Vírgula came back swinging. The new menu centers on focaccia, backed by a pastry counter stacked with mousses that's worth the trip alone.

The old crowd found their way back fast. Lunch sittings run short, so book ahead or you'll be waiting on Florêncio Ygartua.
