Solo dining booths, borrowed from Japanese ramen counters

The solo dining booths are the reason to make the trip out here if you're eating alone, an idea borrowed from Japanese ramen counters that almost nobody in Canada has tried. Globefish runs sushi through izakaya in Seton.

Seton sits at the far southeast edge of the city, well outside the usual restaurant circuit. It's worth the distance for the booths alone.
