It's touristy but genuinely unusual, and it stays open late enough to be the last stop after a night that starts with canchánchara at the taberna down the hill.

Disco Ayala runs inside a natural cave at the edge of Trinidad, a state-run club that's been part of the city's nightlife for decades. The setting does most of the work: uneven rock walls, low light and a dance floor that curves with the cave itself.
