Thessaloniki's sesame bread rings, now in Limassol

Koulouria are the whole point here: sesame-crusted bread rings from Thessaloniki, grabbed with a coffee on the way to work rather than eaten sitting down. It's a small menu done well instead of a sprawling one.

Weekday mornings from 7:30 get busy with office workers on their commute. The Thessaloniki angle sets it apart from Limassol's usual Cypriot and Italian-leaning cafes, and demand pushed a second branch open in Mesa Geitonia.
