Coffee and vintage racks under one roof on 28. října
Order an espresso, then flip through secondhand racks without leaving the building. Lajka žije squeezes a coffee bar and a vintage clothing shop into one space on 28. října, a combo you'd expect in Berlin or Vienna but not yet on this stretch of Ostrava.
The name nods to Laika, the Soviet space dog, and the shop leans into that retro, Eastern Bloc feel. Good spot to caffeinate before digging through the racks for something nobody else at the party will be wearing.

Best first impression of Ostrava you could ask for!!! Absolutely delicious iced black sesame hojicha latte, and the ability to browse well-picked second-hand clothes is a really nice bonus. Definitely will go again if i ever come back to Ostrava😋

Our favorite café/breakfast spot during our vacation in Ostrava. The 4 breakfast options all have a creative twist and were delicious. So was the coffee and other creative drinks, like black sesame matcha. The service was genuinely friendly. The second hand clothing part for women is also a cool thing. Best coffee place in Ostrava in my opinion.
