Scoop gelato steps from Ostrava's main square
The centre badly needed a proper gelato counter, and Ledato fills that gap right off Masarykovo náměstí. It's a small storefront, no frills, just scoop after scoop done well.
It landed alongside a handful of other food and drink openings that popped up around the square in early 2026, part of a wider refresh of this stretch of the centre.

Very slow service despite cafe was not busy, the waiters were young and weren't really managing well. Waited so long we rather went next door.

Luxurious top. Before I could take a picture of it on the table, it was gone. The same can be said about Katovické ruká. Everything is made in-house. 👍👍👍👍👍

Nice cafe with good desserts. Unfortunately, when we visited the place, we waited a very long time to order. It is clear that the business is slowly starting up. Otherwise, a nice selection of desserts and drinks.
