An interior studio's own showroom, on BLOCK Karlín's ground floor

This is what happens when an interior studio finally builds the showroom it always wanted. arkhe.SPACE mixes concept store and showroom, carrying &Tradition, HEM, Vitra, Fest Amsterdam, Montana and Miniforms, with the studio's own team working a floor above.

Staff configure pieces with you instead of pointing at a price list, and samples, fabrics and finishes all stay in the room. The space hosts events too and was catalogued at Designblok. Karlín's riverside edge has filled with new buildings lately, and this is one of the few ground-floor units among them worth walking into.

Good to know

• Fabric and material samples are kept on site, so it works as a reference library as well as a shop.
• The space is hired out for events, so check ahead on evenings.
