Stanzia is small on purpose. It's built around a low-noise, unhurried feel. Its own posts describe it as no ruido, cafecito rico. It's meant less as a destination coffee shop than a quiet corner to sit with a book or a laptop.
It's been running a soft opening on Avenida Gustavo Mejía Ricart, tracked in real time by local food accounts. Evening hours are still being worked out.
