Verema 23 is one of the best dining experiences in Santo Domingo. The décor is tasteful, elegant, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The food is exceptional—every dish is thoughtfully prepared, and the chicken was especially outstanding: perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and easily one of the highlights of the meal. The desserts were the perfect ending, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. From the ambiance to the service and the quality of the food, everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

One of the best customer service hands down in Santo domingo, the wines are carefully curated and selected by the lovely owner that is a master of all things wine, super great place and definitely try the Cesar salad and the tartar.
