The food here tastes like someone's grandmother made it, not a kitchen brigade. Con Amor Alice is a small cafe on Pedro Vicente Maldonado 407 built entirely around home-cooked comfort dishes, easy to walk past if you don't know to look for it.

It only opens evenings, Tuesday to Sunday from 4:30 to 8:30pm. Small and tucked behind an unremarkable storefront, it's the kind of place you stumble onto rather than plan for, worth the detour once you know it's there.
