Grilled cuts and cocktails above downtown Ibarra

The view sells it before the food does. Stella Rooftop sits on the corner of Bolívar and Juan Manuel Grijalva, looking straight down over the historic center, and it's become one of the go-to spots for a nighttime view of the city.

The menu runs grilled cuts and small plates alongside a full drinks list. Open daily from 4pm, later on weekends, so aim for dusk if you want the skyline turning gold while you order.
