Riobamba's Top Burger 2025, ground fresh daily

The 150-gram patty here isn't pre-formed and shipped in. It's ground and shaped in-house, then grilled to order with a house-made ají on the side. That's the whole pitch, and it won RAW Burger the Top Burger 2025 award from Diario La Prensa.

The menu has grown into wings, shrimp and tenders since, but the burger is still why people come. Expect a small, no-frills room built around the counter and the grill.
