Cairo's boba obsession finally crosses the desert road to Alexandria

PÀO built its name in Cairo as one of the city's favorite bubble tea counters. It picked Alexandria first when it expanded to three new Egyptian branches, opening inside Point 6 Mall in Sidi Gaber in August 2025.

The handcrafted Taiwanese-style teas are the same as the Cairo originals, but this branch alone gets a savory menu too. It's a five-minute walk from the tram, an easy stop before or after a day on the Corniche.
