Sourdough bakery on Turku's Market Square, now serving full breakfast.

Bageri Å expanded into a full café at the Market Square in June 2026, adding breakfast service to what had been a sourdough-only bakery. The new space seats around 40 indoors with another 50 on the terrace outside, a big jump for a business that started much smaller.

The sourdough carries through from the old format to the new one, locally roasted coffee alongside it, on a square otherwise ruled by the historic Market Hall a short walk away.
