Two floors, two different nights, one address
Downstairs at Contrast means DJ sets and a design-forward room built with an interior architect's touch. Upstairs on the mezzanine, the mood turns cozier, better suited to afterwork drinks or a quieter private evening.
There's also a 20-seat terrace. The whole 130-square-meter space sits on rue du Palais Grillet, right in the densest cluster of bars and restaurants in central Lyon. One address covers two different kinds of night instead of needing two separate venues.

A fantastic cocktail bar in the heart of Lyon! We were extremely lucky to have come across this little gem while on holiday from Melbourne, Australia. Excellent mixology, equally good food, and incredibly friendly staff! Highly recommended and can’t wait to return next time we visit!

So incredibly inviting! The cocktails were absolutely next level and I can't say enough about Alex and Leo making us feel so welcomed and at home. The drinks were among the best I've ever had. This place has only been opened for a year and personally would like to see them be mentioned into The 50 Best in the world. Keep your eyes out for this place

Got here just before a rush. Bar man was under pressure but for the quality no complaints for a specialised cocktail bar. Enjoyed 3 drinks thoroughly!

I saw this bar on Instagram. The ad was really atmospheric and appealing. When we got there, it lived up to all our expectations. The music, the food, the cocktails—everything was delicious 😜
