Draft cocktails and homemade kombucha, steps from Plage des Catalans

Dérive opened in spring 2025 on rue de Suez, a few meters from Plage des Catalans. It's a bar-bistro built around draft cocktails and homemade kombucha from Elsa, paired with local, creative cooking from Anne Leplumey. Zoumaï craft beers round out the drinks list, served alongside gourmet tapas rather than a full dinner menu.

The terrace catches the sun and leans into the beachside setting, open Thursday to Monday from 5pm, later on weekends. It gave the Catalans neighborhood, already drawing attention beyond its beach, a spot built for cocktails after dark.
