Brasserie by day, Spanish sharing plates by night

A Catalan chef runs the kitchen at the foot of the Higher Roch tower near Gare Saint-Roch, and the menu flips with the light. Mornings and afternoons it's straight brasserie. Once evening hits, raciones take over, Spanish-style plates built for sharing.

The room holds 90, plus 56 more on the terrace, and there are oysters alongside local producers. Service doesn't really stop, so you can land here whether you want breakfast or a late dinner.
