Cologne's first bar built around vermouth, not one cocktail among many

Linda and Tom decided Cologne needed a dedicated vermouth bar after a trip to Barcelona, and built one on the Weyertal in Sülz. It bills itself as the city's first address treating the aperitif as the whole point rather than one option on a longer cocktail list.

Alongside vermouth in its various styles, the menu runs to small Spanish snacks (gildas, pan con tomate, salsa), plus coffee and homemade cake earlier in the day.
