Every syrup, every juice, made in house from regional ingredients

nook opened on Bischofsweg on 9 October 2025, led by bartender Luisa Fritsche, the 2024 World Class Bartender of the Year, alongside chef Konrad Lange and bartender Toomas Laur. The team refuses store-bought juices or syrups on principle: every cocktail component comes from fresh, regional ingredients.

The kitchen serves izakaya-style sharing plates with a European accent, changing with the seasons. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

Nook Sips & Kitchen is such a fun spot. The cocktails are creative, fun, surprising and super well balanced, with combinations you wouldn’t expect to work but somehow absolutely do. The food is just as exciting and inventive and pairs perfectly with the drinks. The menu changes every 3 months! Great atmosphere, lovely team, and definitely one of the best places in Dresden right now for cocktails and food.
