Chablis skips the full dinner menu and does one thing well: a wine list worth lingering over, paired with fresh oysters and tapas. It opens at 11:30am, an unusually early start for a wine bar, so you can start early and stay late.
It sits a short walk from the Fischmarkt, in a corner of the old town that had few bars before it showed up. Erfurt's food crowd has already claimed it as the reference point for anyone done with beer and cocktails.
